New extension and site sign in

Hello all	I have been writing a new extension, which supplies all the 
currently loaded apache runtime configuration ether as PHP array or as text 
dump.
I would like to contribute it to pecl, but signing up in pecl site seems to 
just not work for me.
after passing the signing up process successfully, I receive no confirmation 
email and I can't login to the newly created account.
can anyone help with this form issue so I can contribute the code ?
