Ok, that means you want to move it and give up the current home?

You got tests, you got documentation, it does something meaningful for 
PHP users... There may be some minor requests on coding style 
(indentation) or type of documentation (HTML vs. Docbook) but none of 
this should be a real showstopper, if you are open for adapting the 
rules of a new home.

There is one question for you, which comes from 
http://pecl.php.net/account-request.php : what license is used for the 
PBMS client library?
