mysqlnd_qc (mysqlnd query cache) 1.0.1 with prepared statement support

Hi,

the initial version of the query cache plugin has been tagged: 1.0.0. 
Most basic documentation has been written and been added to the manual. 
The contents of some 200 slides are waiting to make it into the docs one 
fine day.

The major cry out - if it can be called that way :-) - after the initial 
release has been the lack of support for prepared statements. Well, 
Andrey sat down for a day and pushed prepared statement support along 
with support for unbuffered queries. Both new features are in trunk. 
They are more or less untested meaning that all existing tests pass but 
no new tests for the new features have been written yet.

In my eyes trunk shall become the 1.0.1 once its been properly tested.

Has anybody tried the query cache already?
What would you like to see added to 1.0.1 or later?
