Hi,

What is the status of this? Should I request a PECL account?

I have now created a launchpad project for the PHP extension so you can see
the extension at https://launchpad.net/pbmsphp and the PBMS lib at
https://launchpad.net/pbmslib

The extension is under the PHP license and the lib under LGPL v2.1.
