"nofollow" modifier to prevent comment spam

Hi list,

I have created a tiny plugin which adds a rel="nofollow" attribute to 
all <a> tags, to prevent comment spam on web logs [1].
Although fairly trivial, I think this would be a nice addition to 
smarty, to broaden the support for this kind of tag.

One minor caveat: the regular expression currently does not check 
whether the <a> tag really is a link (e.g. if the href attribute is 
set), so <a name="xx"> also get a nofollow attribute. Maybe someone with 
more regex skills could help me out here.
