I found it. It is the 5th argument of __soapCall.

$soapclient->__soapCall("soapmethod", array( ... parameters ...), null,
$mySoapHeader, &$mySoapHeader);

I don't really need the header I sent anymore, so overwriting it is no
problem for me.
