Re: [SOAP] Problems with SoapClient and local_cert

IIRC, SoapClient does *not* use the given cert and other auth details  
for fetching the WSDL, only when making calls.

Try downloading the WSDL and loading it from the local file system. If  
that works, then that's the problem.
