[SOAP] Accessing web service causing this error

I am using this soap client in  php 

after calling this function it is causing  this error ..
Please help 

SoapFault exception: [HTTP] Cannot process the message because the content
type 'text/xml; charset=utf-8' was not the expected type 'multipart/related;
type="application/xop+xml"'.
