The tests are now [green](https://travis-ci.org/pmmaga/php-langspec/jobs/183383715) for master. I've removed 7.0 from the matrix, should I remove 7.1 as well?

There is no 7.1 branch yet in this repo, but once it's there we can adjust the matrix.
