Description:
------------
PHP have logical operator pairs:
* && -> and
* || -> or

but no verbal equivalent of ! (not operator). I suggest to add
equivalent to "!" (not equals) as "not".

Test script:

<?php

if (!$valid)
{
    // Error condition
}

Expected result:
----------------
<?php

if (not $valid)
{
    // Error condition
}
