I've added the links handling to the splitter script (now also in
tools), so links should be fine now. It also found one wrong link
(Destructors capitalized instead of lowercase). Added bonus is that if
we ever want to move chapters or redo the links, we can also do it
pretty easily by merging everything back to one file, removing filenames
from links and running the splitter script again, it will regenerate the
filenames for links.

Not sure how §§'s are handled by external tools, but I think with
correct names they should work?

So, any other wishes/objections to the split? If not, I'll merge it
later tonight.

P.S. Main spec file is now 00.
