Not sure why. The function call part of those is identical, the difference is how the function being called is located, but that's described in other parts.

I think it might be good to have a separate section for method calls (ex. "$o->foo()", "C::foo()") vs. function calls ("f()"). 


(There was not general agreement that this was a good idea)
