Howdy,
  I just subscribed and read the
http://va.php.net/~andrei/tpl-engine.txt
file, and was wondering if there was any version of this stuff working
any
where yet?  I'm investigating template driven pages for my site for
scaleability,
and wanted to see what I could do with the SmarTemplate stuff discussed
here.
I basically want to have hierachical dynamic templates based upon
runtime
variables :)
