IMO this is something to be considered for "Phase 2" templates.
It's look like rather too difficult to understand and remember for the
average designer: they would probably use "people-name" and
"fruit-name".
It's intriguing from the programmer point of view, but really too
complex: who makes templates (and thus html) will probably have to focus
on design, usability, Javascript and cross-browser visualization, to put
much attention on these "weirdness"...
