Hi,

I'm not aware of any recent change, could have been some change on the of
the SURBL service used, but for now I've commented out the
vctx :contains "sbl_hits" "",
line in /opt/ecelerity/etc/site-data.siv on pb1.php.net (lists.php.net)
could you please retry sending the mail?
