Re: [PHP4BETA] PHP 4.0.0 Release packaged

Mind you, most of the bugs on the bugs database aren't verified, as in,
they are bug reports, and not necessarily bugs (more often than not
they're not bugs).

The fact that PHP has an online bugs database, and that each and every
person can submit a bug report without any verifications, shouldn't
prevent PHP from ever being released, or alternately, doom all of the
developers of PHP to eternal bug report checking.
