gd-1.8 PHP4-rc2 and FreeBSD

Hi,

Whats the trick to getting ./configure to detect libgd, and gd.h under
FreeBSD?

I've tried --with-gd=/usr/local and --with-gd=/usr, and every other
combination I can think of
