RE: [PHP4BETA] Where are Windows DLLs???????

The only info you have on the PHP site on building PHP4 is 
for the CGI version. However, the rest is neither very 
different nor difficult. I will post a how-to on compiling 
different win32 PHP things soon. 

BTW, someone mentioned the free Borland C compiler (BCC). 
Well, after being forced to give them all kinds of info 
(heck, they almost asked me what I like for breakfast), 
I was given a link. And it didn't work. FTPing into the 
damn server showed an empty directory. I mailed them, and 
haven't recieved any reply so far (two days).
