Last try??? I'm not sure! Please check following adress http://64.46.67.115/php4/info.php4 info.php4 has this line <?php phpinfo(); ?> My config Win NT 4.0 + SP 5 + IIS 4.0 + PHP (cgi) I just moved php.exe , php4ts.dll and php.ini to \WINNT\SYSTEM32 folder. I'd suggest you to remove any php.ini's and any php3 remains (or moving them to some dark and dry place where system won't find them). Use global search for it, don't trust you memory.
