Updated Lightweight Manual?

Hello,

 Just curious it there going to be an updated light-weight all in one file
 for the PHP 4.0 Manual?

 I am trying to import the manual into my Rocket eBook but in only
 recongizes a limit set of html tags and all the other version don't work
 right in it.

 I tried to get to the one on the web page but got the following error.

  Forbidden
  You don't have permission to access /manual/html/ on this server.
  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use
  an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
