Got PHP4 working with WebSite Pro - Almost

The source file for php4 seems to require an initial blank line to work
properly.  Any thoughts?

The two PHP4 files below http://www.dkt.com/php4/php4_test.zip.  Use the
browser's source viewer to see the difference.

No initial blank line results in missing the beginning of the file.

With an initial blank line, the results are as expected.
