please , help me

i  evironment  :  Php 4.0 & windows 2000 advanced server & Oracle 8i
i want to connect  Oracle and php4.0
but , OCI login  raise Error
Message is :
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ocilogon() in db.php on line
9"
and, i want to php.ini   setting  method
how can do ....
