If I'm right, you have to install bison 1.28 and then delete 
Zend/zend-parser.c

That has to do the trick.

I don't know if it works, because I can't get the server started when I 
try to include the php funcitions as descriped in 
sapi/nsapi/nsapi-readme.txt
