The current version of PHP? no. Beta 3 worked, but something changed after
beta 3 that requires some stuff that isn't in BeOS. You can download
PHP4 Beta 3 at http://www.bebits.com/app/566/

I think the next version of BeOS (5.5?) will be able to compile PHP4,
mainly because of BONE, a new BSD style networking stack. For now, you'll
have to use PHP4 Beta 3.
