Position: Web Developer/Designer
Location: Austin, TX

We are a rapidly expanding online medical malpractice underwriting company
that offers unique
technology to healthcare providers in a dozen states. Due to our innovate
product, our organization is
growing at lightning speed and we anticipate expanding to many more markets
in the upcoming year.

We need a Web Developer/Designer who is passionate about web development and
design and will
translate that passion into a corporate website that produces visual
concepts that convey our corporate
image. We want a creative visionary with strategic thought processes who can
put in their two cents.

What will I do?

You will do so much! Our rapid expansion requires us to find an expert Web
Developer/Designer to
implement the user interface for a suite of web-based applications for
acquiring new customers and
servicing them. These applications will include integration with several
other systems including a payment
system, a CRM system, and a back office insurance management system.
Our Web Developer/Designer will use his/her creative vision to build
web-based applications and
websites using technologies that blend with our company’s standards.

Your Required Skills & Experience:

   - You have nearly a decade under your website development and design belt
   - You have stellar knowledge of HTML, DHTML, XHTML
   - You would rank yourself as having c) advanced knowledge of CSS
   - You know your way around JavaScript
   - You have Jedi-level knowledge of digital imaging using Adobe Photoshop
   - You are more than acquainted with Adobe Flash
   - Experience with online digital media including HD video and digital
   compression technologies
   - Experience with Drupal
   - Experience with PHP
   - Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and
   cross-platform issues (IE,


Firefox, Safari, etc.)

   - You know Mac like the back of your hand
   - You may have JSF, RichFaces or AJAX experience, but not necessarily
   - You have superb communication skills and have the ability to work both
   independently and


collaboratively

   - You have researched and recommended new technologies that brought
   desired business results
