The php5 help file [install.txt] advises 
         >This list describes how to set up the PHP CGI binary to work with Xitami on Windows<

Please be advised that NO windows Xitami user will ever use the PHP CGI interface. ALL Xitami for windows users that I know implement the ISAPI interface. Many times faster than CGI.

I hope you update the documentation.
