Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php
As said in the report, the bug was fixed in _CVS_.
We do not replace our release packages after each bugfix.
Do get PHP with this fixed, see http://snaps.php.net

Description:
------------
See bug #43394.
The bug has been closed, reported fixed, but the link in
http://www.php.net/downloads.php#v5 points to an package that still
contains the bug. The version is presumably older than the bugfix. It's
marked "PHP 5.2.5 installer [19,803Kb] - 15 November 2007".
So the version that most Windows users will be downloading, still has
the bug.
