Hi,

I see an DB connection error on
	http://pecl.php.net/
No pages on the site are accessible and installations of packages from a pecl command fail.  

I see another guy blogged about it on Dec 31st (http://www.mickgenie.com/blog/pecl-error-pecl-website-down/) so it may have gone down around that time.


ERROR:
DB Error: connect failed
