    Perhaps that's a good candidate for the fourth element of the
page.  A "Spotlight on PHP Sister Sites" or the like.  It could rotate
once daily or weekly (but I wouldn't have it load randomly, as it
would just add unnecessary stress to the mirrors --- some of which
barely make it as it stands).
