New PHP tutorial concerning use of dbx and templates

Hi!
I've written a tutorial around a business case. It teaches how to access
a database and use a template engine. I hope this will help some people
getting started. Since I don't know the PHP community so well, I'd
kindly ask you to publish the news about this tutorial in the
