+     <p>The Bulgaria PHP Conference is an event organized by the local PHP user group: @bgphp. This is going to be our first conference but nonetheless we have attracted a number of prominent international and local speakers (<a href="http://www.bgphp.org/confirmed-speakers/" title="Confirmed speakers">http://www.bgphp.org/confirmed-speakers/</a>). We expect 450 attendees from Bulgaria, the Balkans region, Europe, and other parts of the world. We welcome a diverse crowd of PHP developers who want to learn new things and share their passion for code.</p>
