I've got vague memories of it not being "worth it",  people that need
to mess with it are comfortable using git.php.net.
Besides containing fragile code and hardcoded md5 sums that GitHub
bots scan for I guess its also security by obscurity.

I was gonna say systems.git isn't there either.. but it is, so there
is no valid reason I guess.
