Wiki registration notifications

Hi,

from the wiki registration page[1]:

| Note: After submitting this registration form, your information (name
| and email) is sent to the publicly viewable internals mailing list,
| along with your IP address, hostname, and user agent (browser info).

However, I have not yet seen any such message on internals@.  I've had a
closer look, and apparently DokuWiki sends an email with an empty To
header and $conf['registernotify'] as Bcc.  In the web-wiki repo
$conf['registernotify'] is '[email protected]', but that may well have
been changed on the life site.

Anyhow, these notification emails are neither publicly visible on
internals@ nor on webmaster@.  Does anybody know, why that is?
