PHP Upload Script

I own a web hosting package with Fasthosts in the UK which allows me to run scripts. I was wondering if any of you guys could help me create a script which allows me or others on my site to upload files using a PHP script. My scripting details are as following:

Maximum File Upload Size: 20MB
Path For Scripting: file://nas33ent/domains/e/eastendersfanslive.co.uk/user/
IP address of server: 213.171.193.104
My Domain: eastendersfanslive.co.uk

If you could help me with this it was be greatfuly appreaciate.
