My first Madate
  In Christian theology, a mandate is an order given from God that must be obeyed without question. For example, the mandate given to Moses; Exodus 3:13


  Exodus 3:13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, [when] I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What [is] his name? what shall I say unto them?

  Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

  Exodus 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

  Genesis 32:29 And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

  Judges 13:6 Then the woman came and told her husband, saying, A man of God came unto me, and his countenance was like the countenance of an angel of God, very terrible: but I asked him not whence he was, neither told he me his name:

  Jeremiah 23:6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

  Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

  Matthew 1:23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

  My second Mandate:

  2Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

  It all started in Mossel Bay 23/9/2004. This happen just after I told my family that the "LORD are speeking to me." And I can hear His voice like Moses..
    Numbers 12:8 With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the LORD shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?
   At that time I was forwarding "Truth from the Bible" email message out worldwide and info as the LORD gave me! The LORD freed me in December 2000.
    1Corinthians 7:22 For he that is called in the Lord, [being] a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, [being] free, is Christ's servant.
  I was locked up three times in mental homes the last four and a have years, Three months, 18days and Three months, First in Valkenburg but transferred to Stikland (Twice) Mentalhome, Cape Town. Also once in Newcastle Natal for spreding the Word! I was released and told to "STOP SPREADING THE WORD" or they will lock me up again. 
    A "mandate" The human one;
  A criminal court may impose a "mandate" on a person accused of a crime consisting of an obligation to engage in certain conditions or activities in exchange for suspension or reduction in penalty; such as, conditions of probation, conditional discharges, or other conditional sentences. ...

  I have received threatening letters, email, from Dr. E Naude from Littleton and others. That they, he/she, will make sure that I get locked up again, Permanent. I know that my family, although 1300k away with an attorney, is also busy getting the papers sign with a magistrate. 

  (Our Father in heaven has told me. He knows everything.. Hallelujah!) 

  The LORD has promised it will never happened again! 

  SO LETS WAIT AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!
