Ahh, you mean the RSS feed.. They were deprecated long time ago.
I'll try to fix it though.

RSS feeds such as the conferences news feed:
http://www.php.net/conferences/news.rss
Entries such as the php|arch one, which has a & causes an XML syntax
error and the feed will be unreadable to readers such as browsers.
