The mirror was deleted sometime in 2006 because we never managed to
contact the maintainer.

The mirror configuration is "screwed up", users cannot access the
manual pages (probably due to the default Apache manual alias) and you
have "MultiViews" enabled making many of our pages inaccessible.

http://php.inspire.net.nz/mirroring-troubles.php.

We do however have two mirrors in New Zealand which are handling the
traffic pretty well, and are therefore not looking for another one.
