i want to post, but says my ip is blocked

sorry if i dont know exactly where to send this mail...


a couple years ago i was able to post notes in your php sites, but now it says my ip is blocked because 'spammer'. funny since i use adsl and i have dynamic ip .. i think ip checking is not yet a secure method

i want to contribute other users with my tips. why if you design other methods to block 'real' spammers ? ...  like register users with login, password and mail ?
 ...  i will gladly register in your community it you implement some like that :)   ..  that way you can better track users though
