Removing A product or event

Hello, I'm doing maintenance for a website: http://milesofhopebcf.org I have to remove a link from the store in the events category Best of the Hudson, ticket(s)<http://milesofhopebcf.org/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=45> I cannot access this link to remove it! How do I do this? This is the only product that is not in the actual store front! I don't understand why everything else in the storefront is accessible for editing and updating except for this one product link! I was told by the support team for the milesofhopebcf.org store myvalueweb.com 1-800-522-1093 that i have to contact osCommerce. At the bottom of the store front it says Powered by osCommerce <http://www.oscommerce.com/> Can you please help in this matter. I've spoken with the original website manager Todd Poteet Of Pen & Ink Creative (845-876.5440) [email protected] I was under the impression he would remove it but it has not been done and this outdated link need to be removed asap.
