Comments Syntax Highlighting

Hi all.

Sometimes user-contributed comments/notes are improperly being syntax  
highlighted. I think I've had this happen on both ca.php.net and  
ca3.php.net. I've also had it happen on two different computers (both  
Leopard Macs with Firefox).

I already mentioned this to Hannes, but here's some better evidence  
that it's happening:
