Please Can You Unsubscribe '[email protected]' from PHP Windows Mailing List

I Have tried to unsubscribe my email from future 'php Windows' Mailing lists,
by sending an emty email but had no luck 'Says your email was not found on
the 'php Windows' mailing list'.

So Please could you unsubscribe me '[email protected]' from any php mailing
lists I am currently subscibed to?
