Hi Anatol,

If you are changing the pecl.php.net webpages, perhaps you can change
the link text "Download Latest" to "Download Latest Source"?

Pages like http://pecl.php.net/package/oci8/1.4.10/windows needs
a link back to the top level extension page http://pecl.php.net/package/oci8/
Also the two pages look very similar, which is a little confusing.
