Close, but no cigar ...
d/l php 5.6, got ext dir, paths config, finds dlls, and says something about 
156 not found (dynamic) in libpq.dll, google not so helpful, so going to 
give it a rest for now:( Not sure about path delimiter (\ or /) and space in 
Program Files. Maybe move everything to C:\ and hope registry doesn't 
break;)
