Missing DLLs

Hi Internals,

It seems that the DLLs for all recent (within 6 months or so) releases of
the extensions listed on PECL are missing. Is this temporary, and if so,
when do you expect to have them back up? If not, are we expected to build
these ourselves from now on? I couldn't find any information regarding this
anywhere.
