Failed upload problem on php_wincache.dll and php_xmlrpc.dll

Good morning
i have two failed upload problem on php_wincache.dll and php_xmlrpc.dll in windows server 2019 (IIS10) environment with php 8.1.2.
I can't find the correct ddl to install.
Can you help me.

Server configuration:
O/S windows server 2019 64 bit
web server = IIS10
php version = PHP 8.1 (8.1.21) VS16 x64 Non Thread Safe (2023-Jul-05 09:16:52)
