[PHP-WIN] Request to add non thread safe binary to WinGet

As someone who uses PHP extensively for general scripting tasks in Windows,
the non thread safe executable would perform better.

Installing and updating PHP from WinGet is convenient, but only the thread
safe version is available there.

Is there a way to request that the non thread safe version is made
available there as well?
