update libxml/libxslt

Hi,

I've just installed php5 under Windows and saw that the bundled libxml
version is 2.5.11.
Is there any way to update libxml?
The same goes for libxslt. The current version is 1.0.33.

The problem i have is that libexslt is not included and i could not figure
out how to include it.
