I tried it under Windows and it doesn't work. In Windows there si no=20
default place for XML catalog like /etc/xml/catalog in Unix. List of=20
catalog files is taken from XML_CATALOG_FILES is taken from environment=20
variable. This works in libxml2 (e.g. xmllint) when used from command=20
line but it doesn't work through PHP+Apache. Any idea?

And even if it would work I think that PHP should offer API that will=20
allow to register set of catalog files for each script because each user =

can have different catalog files.
