PLEASE let me know if any of these modules are in the wrong places.  
Should php-gtk-web be in the GTK repository? Should smarty have a  
repository of its own? Where do all those various modules under  
"Global" belong? Which if any of these modules are defunct and should  
not be put into SVN at all?
