I fear that's not possible. Maybe we have somebody who has a super duper fancy machine with lots of RAM and a huge number of cores. Currently it takes 7 to 12 hours to create the dumpfile and ~8 hours to import the dumpfile (http://wiki.php.net/svnmigration?s[]=subversion#the_real_run).
